Time tables
Long
distance buses for most destinations leave from terminal A at
100 Kifissou Avenue (210 5124 910 or 210 5132 601) except
those for Delphi, Larissa, Trikala (Meteora) and Volos. You
can get to terminal A by public bus 051 from the corner of Zinonos and Menandrou streets near Omonia Square.
It leaves every 15 minutes between 05:00 and 23:30. Arriving
at Athens International Elefterios Venizelos Airport, you can
take bus X93 outside door 5. The express bus takes you to terminal
A at Kifissou Avenue. It leaves the airport every 35 minutes
and every 65 minutes at night.
Terminal
B (near Omonia) at
Liosion street 260 (210 831-7153) is the station for buses going
to Amfissa, Chalkis, Delphi, Edipsos, Kammena Vourla, Karditsa,
Karpenissi, Kastoria, Katerini, Kymi, Lamia, Larissa, Levadia,
Osios Loukas, Thive, Trikala and Volos. You can get to terminal
B by city bus 024 from
Syntagma Square or from Panepistimiou street. These buses run
every 20 minutes between 05:00 and midnight
Bus
tickets: you cannot buy tickets for long buses in Greece
online nor can you pre-book them. You buy your tickets at
the bus station..
