The
cameras are directed to the southwest of Athens. The Aegaleo mountain,
in the left of the picture, is situated west of Athens, northeast
of Eleusis, north of the island of Salamis and northwest of Piraeus.
Most of the mountain is rocky. It is not as high as the Hymittus
(Imitos) mountain. Most of the forest is on its north side where
the monastery Daphni (Daphnion) and a park are located.
